Looking for a specific Monster

So, playground; I have a quick question for you all.

I am looking for a specific monster, but I cannot for the life of me remember where I saw it.

The monster in question, I believe is a devil, but scouring the Fiend folio, Fiendish Codex, and various monster manuals have not turned up much. The monster has hooks for hands, and operate in gangs; if my memory serve me correctly. Their Modus Operandi is to stitch people to beds while they try to sleep, or otherwise stitch their eyes and mouth shut.

Does anyone know what monster it is I am thinking of?

"hooks for hands" almost yells Hook Horror, but stitches peoples eyes closed.... It may be in a non-wizards of the coast book. There were also some demons in dragon mag #364 (but I don't have that one).

There's a swarm in Fiendish Codex I that fits that description, the Broodswarm.

Does sound like the broodswarm, but I will also point out the gadacro, Monster Manual V, though it is a small-sized demon, not a devil. Still pretty cool, and it does remove eyes. Always a plus.:smallamused:
