So I'm rolling a character for my friend's campaign, and he's allowed the use of anything on the Pathfinder SRD (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/home). Well, I'm a big fan of the magus (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/magus) class, but as this is a Kingmaker based campaign and I want to be king, I need a decent charisma as well.
So, I found this archetype from Super Genius Games - the Cabalist (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/magus/archetypes/super-genius-games---magus-archetypes/cabalist). It states that the Cabalist gains cantrips, spells known, and spells per day as a bard of the same level - using the magus class spell list.
So from that I take it to mean charisma is the primary casting stat of the Cabalist. Another player disagrees, saying that since it doesn't say that Cha is the casting stat, it remains Int.
Using Cha seems more in keeping with the intent of the archetype - that being a more sorcerer Magus, who draws his magic from within - but I can also see how the ambiguous phrasing leaves room for doubt. So, not-so-quick question:
tl;dr - does the Cabalist use charisma, or intelligence to cast spells?
