[3.5] Growing Large from Underneath

I was wondering what would happen if a Tiny creature with "Underfoot Combat" would stand between the legs of a medium size creature and then transform itself into a large creature. I would like to think that the creature you stood above automatically falls prone into a random adjacent square (or maybe even on you pick), but are there rules for this?

Someone could double-check me on this but I think creatures growing in size whose new squares occupy space where other characters stand, those creatures are simply pushed out.

But what if the old space you occupied was one you could share with a creature but no longer can?

I would call it as a reflex save to get out of the way, some kind of relevant check, or start a grapple...choice made by the person being grown into.

I might allow for the medium sized character to choose between a reflex save to fall prone or an attack of opportunity. Should the creature elect the AoO, it would not be entitled to the reflex save.

If you like M&M has a rule for a pc with power ro shrink a grow. When he grows for every sizecategory he goes up, before he punches the enemy, he gets ectra damage. I dont remember exact details now though.
