Anyone have a .pdf of a small tavern? I realize the tavern scenes in D&D really only need to be RPed,but sometimes (a lot of times) fights break out in "Barry's Tavern" and my group could use a gridded map to play on. I suppose I could whip out the Crayolas and just draw one,but I'm betting someone on here has come up with something better. I really only need it to be 1 or 2 pages, just enough to get a few guys brawling.
Thanks in advance.

I don't have a link on me, but there are online tavern generators that will create a map, as well as some NPCs, menus, etc.

Googling "tavern grid map" found far more images than I have time to explore. I found (a free) one I liked and downloaded it.

Here it is (http://www.thegamemechanics.com/freebies/TGM_Sea-Wolf.asp).

But go find the best one for you. The resources are out there. You just need to look.

THANK YOU. I searched around for a good while, but I couldn't find anything that fit the need. I was finding actual maps that I would have had to grid out myself. Thanks.

No problem. Using a search engine isn't automatic; it's a learned skill.

I've found that I can usually find what I want, but only after I figure out how to say it. A good search is iterative. Keep refining the search phrase based on what you still need.

If you want a tavern map with a grid, then the search for "tavern map" isn't good enough. You need to search on "tavern map grid".

I tend to start with a search, look at two or three offerings, then say, "This isn't what I want. Why isn't there one with a widget?"

Then I get annoyed for awhile, and finally remember to add the word "widget" to the search. and get exactly what I wanted.

I don't forsee us needing something that large/detailed in the very near future, but I'm keeping it bookmarked for when we do. Thanks!
