A coule quick questions about ring of wizardry

So two questions about the ring of wizardry. First off if im a muticlass character than my spells are doubled in all my classes right? So like a bard1/wiz1/sorc1 wearing a ring of wiz 1 would have there spells doubled in all classes right? and second any idea what the formula would be for these rings? like how much is ring wiz5-9?

As far as I can tell from the wording yes the level 1 spells per day for all 3 classes would be doubled. But a bard must be at least level 3 to gain any benefit from that.
