Ok. At the moment, I'm asking for pointers and ideas. I want to make a plane touched race that is connected to Father Llymic and Brood Spawn. This wouldn't be my first plane touched race, but I wanted input before I went to work on it. And, I don't intend to go -quite- as elaborate on this as I have on the Pharin. Considering the history, I think it would make the most sense for the humanoid base to be elf. But beyond that, that is all I got.
Also, im considering making a tiefling variant based off of the unholy scion rather than the half-fiend. If someone is interested in seeing that, i'd be up for making it.
