What are some of the best advanced learning divination spells to learn with the unseen seers advanced learning ability. Lets say you enter the class as rogue3/sorcerer2 or even rogue2/sorcerer2/wererat 1, if this was the case would it be worth maybe taking a level or two in another rogue/gish prestige class in order to bump the sorcerer casting level up a level or 2 to gain a new spell level so that you could use the unseen seer bonus divination spells on higher level spells not normally on your list?

Character concept would be mostly a theif high skill checks, utility spells, and would rely on flanking with 2 claws and a bite along with sneak attack to do damage.

Another question would be if your character is evil, but wants to use one of his free bonus divination spells to pick up a [good] cleric spell can he not cast it since he isn't good? even though its no longer a divine spell? Grave Strike for example.

Based on your build, the ranger spell Hunter's Eye (PHB2) seems like one of the better options. Of course, you'd need Persistent Spell to make the most out of that.

Other than that, it depends on what do you want. For sheer information gathering purposes, bard divination spells can be obtain few levels early (e.g. Hindsight as a 6th level spell). For skill monkeying, Divine Insight might come in handy (but at the expense of your precious spell slot). Alter Fortune (PHB2) is a really good team spell (although this one's available as a normal sorc3 spell too), which costs a bit of XP but can spell between life and death (or TPK even). Then there's Choose Destiny (RoD), which a lot of people drool over especially if they can persist 9th level spells.
