Unibody assume likeness?

So I was looking over the unibody, and was curious.

Assume Likeness, is that just basically something that is looks normal and stuff, but does not allow the creature to wear armor or use a weapon?

It explicitly doesn't change the unbodied's abilities, so it's strictly appearance.
