Improved Control Shape feat (3.0?)

Was reading some ravenloft books the other day and came across something talking about this feat, improved control shape. Now its obvious by the name what it helps with, but I can't seem to find this feat actually listed anywhere as to what its exact mechanics are, does anyone know which ravenloft books it appears in?

In 3.0 Natural Lycanthropes got the feat. "Improved Control Shape" which gave them full control over there shapechanging abilities. 3.5 removed the feat and simply says natural lycanthropes have control over there powers.

3.5 eliminated the feat and simply says "A natural lycanthrope does not need this skill, since it has full control over its shape."

So basically whomever wrote that entry for realms wasn't paying attention.

Actually did a search on it and came up with nothing. Maybe my searcher is just busted.

As I said in my above post(along with that the feat actually does). The engine in this case provides inaccurate information.

The feat was hidden away in the 3.0 MM in the stat entry for the control shape skill. The entire entry was one line.
"Natural Lycanthropes instead have the Improved Control Shape feat, which gives them full control over their shapeshifting abilities"
