"Have you seen this spell" question

I remember seeing 4 spells that create a mark on you related to elements (fire, water, wind earth) and when you cast all 4 of them at the same time you gained added benefits does anyone know the spell I'm talking about and if so do you know which book it's in. I have an encounter coming up and the PC's are going to face off against a wizard who has these marks as a mantled spell.
