So I am a CE Cloistered Cleric Dragonwrought Kobold in need of a deity. I am just wondering what are some cool, more off beat, chaotic evil deities are there for me to pick?

Pray to a god of trickery and deception. Then whenever you are asked (or do something evil) say you are a disciple of a god of goodness and a paladin. Just to sow confusion and lack of faith in goodness. As for a specific god, I am not sure.

Given how badly edited I just noticed that section is (how do you get so many extra cleric alignments EVERYWHERE), I am tempted to refuse. What about a cleric of the Dark Six from Eberron? How would you run that?
