The Dust-Stuffed template from the Eberron Explorer's Handbook page 114 is applied to humanoids and monstrous humanoids via "transparent
sarcophagi" which are in turn explicitly described as Wondrous Items. However, no price is given?

Taking the Pathfinder Building and Modifying Constructs (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/building-and-modifying-constructs) info on using a Construct's CR to extrapolate a price, could some enterprising soul please help me price these Transparent Sarcophagi as Wondrous Architecture and/or Wondrous Magic Items?

Thanks regardless Playground.

It occurs to me that the CR pricing might just give the price of the construct. But then again shouldn't that allow for an extrapolation of the price of the Sarcophogi?

I think it would take at least an enchantment of 'Create undead'. 'Dust-stuffed; is a +5 LA. 'Ghast' is +4 LA and 'Mohrg' is +6, both of which can be created with 'Create Undead', but the caster level is 15. And the Enervation spell.
I would have the box cast 'Enervation' until the creature is dead and then cast 'create undead'.

As magic item
Enervation
Caster level 7 * 4th level spell * 2000gp = 56000

Create Undead
(Caster level 15 * 6th level spell * 1800gp)/5 = 32400 (useable 1/day)

Total cost
Base: 88,400gp (not including material components of 2,500gp per HD of creature to be cast upon)
Cost: 44,200 + material components
XP: 3,536
(10 HD max creature would cost 25,000)

Alternatively you could considered the box a 'trap'. Anyone would lays in it is affected.

500gp * caster level (7) * spell level (4) = 14000gp
40xp * caster level (7) * spell level (4) = 1120xp

'create undead'
500gp * caster level (15) * spell level (6) = 45,000
40xp * caster level (15) * spell level (6) = 3600

total
59,000 gold + Components
4,720 xp
(10 HD max creature would cost 50,000)

Wondrous Architecture
As per the Stronghold Builders Guidebook (pg 70)
1000gp * caster level 7 * spell level 4 = 28000gp
1000gp * caster level 15 * spell level 6 = 90000gp

If the objects cannot be moved the price is halved!
ALSO it states "She does not have to provide any material components or focuses the spell requires, nor are any XP costs inherent in any of these spells incurred in the creation of the item."
AND it doesn't say anywhere that there is a XP cost.
So, 59,000 gold for a unmoveable box that deals negative energy damage and then turns them into monsters isn't a bad price.

Emphasis mine.

Could you please explain the underlined bit? Thanks.
