Eclipse Phase Question on Psi Sleights

I figured I would ask this here as I assume someone on Giant knows the answer/can read better than me. I was reading through the 3rd Edition of the Eclipse Phase Core Rulebook trying to make a Psi character and encountered a problem. How do you determine what Psi Sleights a character knows? I get that Psi 1 is Chi Sleights and Psi 2 is Gamma Sleights, but how many sleights does a character know? Is it all of them? None? Is there something I'm missing(yes)?

Psi slights cost 5 CP. See p.390, the table in the lower right corner. It's probably listed in a more reasonable place as well, but my brief overview of the book didn't find it anyplace else.

Also, this is the 3rd edition of Eclipse Phase? I was under the impression that it only had one edition.

I assume he means the 3rd printing of the core rulebook, which integrates the version 1.2.1 errata.
