Incarnate Clay Golem

What ECL would a Starting Incarnate Clay Golem be? Seeing as the MM has no listed LA for normal Clay Golems, you have nothing to apply the -2 LA too.

I suppose It could be ECL 9, for an 11 hit die creature with a huge str modifier and nothing else, but that seems to slap fighters in the face a bit(then again so does nearly everything else)


While we are on the topic would anyone know of maybe a savage progression for one or something of the like?

Another related question would be, is their anyway to transfer ones mind/soul into a golems body? So essentially wizard or something casting in a golems body?

Well clay golems, like beholders and lots of other monsters, aren't meant for player use, so they lack an LA. (there is no ECL) You can however have your own golem lower it's immunity to magic, and use any possession ability. The trap the soul spell is a common choice.
