So if a character takes a Entomanothroph snow spider, it gets...

1d8 + 2 LA

30 ft climb

1d4 poisonous bite *various DC*

tremorsense 60 ft , dark vision 60 ft,Immunity to mind affecting

+2 fort

spring attack , weapon finesse

+4 hide , +20 jump + 8 spot + 8 climb **Unsure if get this part** dexterity for climb and jump instead of str **

Now do the racial skill bonus, count as conditional once, because it deals with...racial, or does that only deal with the extra +4 to hide if in snowy region.

I don't know, but Old Lob Many-eyes (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8441606&postcount=106) has the following in its entry:

What's were-spider give you, anyways? It gives Spring Attack and Weapon Finesse as bonus feats. Immunity to all mind-affecting spells and abilities without being mindless. A 40ft Climb speed and Tremorsense 90ft. Also +4 Dex, +2 Con, +2 Wis, -2 Int. Leap special attack: Gain +4 on Charge attacks with a jump, and +20 racial to jump checks. Finally a poisonous bite with 1d4 Dex/paralysis.

Glancing through the rest of the thread I didn't see anyone call out any errors, but a few fine details might have been missed.

I wouldn't think you'd get the benefit of the mindless trait without the drawback, but it is specifically granted by the Entomanothrope (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20040621a) template. So that's something new I learned. :)
