What is the feat that allows you to deliver a touch spell through a weapon?

I have not heard of this feat. But I do know that it is a class feature for both the Duskblade and Pathfinder Magus. And I'm sure a few PrC have it as well.

Unless its in a Dragon magazine somewhere.
