Crawling Tattoos of Spells?

Other than researching new psionic powers is there a way to get crawling Tattoos of spells?

Can an Artificer just make them as is?

I honestly see little reason why not. Crawling Tattoos follow the pricing guidelines for spells of their power level as wondrous items.

One assumes that by RAW though they'd have to be Custom Magic Items though huh?

A spells to powers erudite could turn a spell into a power. That should work.

How does 'spell to powers erudite' handle spells with costly gp, xp, or focus components? Okay, just read Erudite (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070629a). So they just ignore the gp/focus components?

How would that affect the cost of Crawling Spells?


I'm also wondering how much higher the spell level can be with Spell Level shenanigans... Power level, and Metamagic no longer works to "adjust" the level of the Spell/Power. Are there any Power Level adjusting metapsionic feats?
