Despite the image they cultivate, many wizards have a pressing need to do things RIGHT FREAKING NOW. Their patience is merely a veneer to cover their need to accomplish things instantaneously. Like the kid in class waiving his hand frantically when the teacher asks the class a question, quietly screaming to be called on, they can't wait to show off the power of their brains. For the domain wizards that feel this need most accutely, there is the Impatience Domain.
Unearthed Arcana states that making a new domain is as simple as filling out a spell of every level that fits the theme. And thus the theme in question for this thread is impatience. Spells that make you act first, act out of turn, or act alot are what we seek.
Thoughts so far
0-???
1-nerveskitter (me first)
2-lesser celerity (move now)
3-haste (gotta go fast)
4-celerity (you're taking to long, I gotta do this)
5-teleport (I need to be there now)
6-anticipate teleport
7-arcane spellsurge
8-greater celerity (come on, I got stuff to do)
9-time stop (i've got lots of stuff to do)
If made into a cleric domain the domain power would likely be free improved initiative.
Any thought? Especially for the blanks.
