So it is late, so this is just a late night idea, for a low end level 9 cleric skill monkey, that is balancing some social and trap skills.


So LN Kobold Cloistered Cleric who takes Kobold Domain and some other other domain.



2 levels of cleric, then go into Church inquisitor , until you pick up those 5 levels of immune compulsions and various other little goodies.


After spending those 5 levels into social skills, spend the last two back into cloistered cleric, and spend it on the disable device and fill spare points into the various knowledge and spot checks.

Since WIS is your caster attribute, you are probably talking only 14 INT for a total of 4 skill points per level. Maybe 5.

Cloistered clerics (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#clericVariantCloistere dCleric) get 6 + Int modifier skill points per level, and Church Inquisitors get 4 + Int modifier per level, so he should have a good deal more than that.

Also, unless I'm missing something, you need 3 levels of cleric to get into Church Inquisitor, as Zone of Truth is a 2nd-level spell.

Compulsion Immunity can be bought with a feat. Shape soulmeld planer ward means you are under a constant protection from X like compulsion suppression.

Just throwing my two cents in. The longer you can keep the 6+int skills going, the better.

Well, you don't have to mess with the mess. No essence required, just take the feat, get the suppression effect.
