I would like to know what effects of switching the abilitys for divine and spontaneous casting. Divine casters using charisma and spontaneous caster using wisdom, would this be a bad change? Or would it be good?

I ask because it makes more sense in my mind for them to be switched. Sorcerers would be more likely to notice that its them (and not some random ghost) causing things to happen if they had a higher wisdom, they would be draw deeper on hiden power with more willpower. Clerics ask otherworldly beings (normaly gods) for power, the more persuasive they are the more power they would get from them. Be it because they persuaded more power out of them or because they (the gods) seen that the cleric would be useful at bringing others to there cause. Is it the Driuds common sense, awareness or intuition that connects them to nature? If there was a collective mind, made up of all the little minds of animals and plants; then it could serve as a god to Driuds and the fluff for using Charisma would fit for the same reson as Clerics. Bards are the hardist fluff wise, but with better hearing you can hear where your playing is differnt from what your trying. You can better sense the flow of the magic forming from your music; And to play well enough to make magic you need to make playing instinct, and I think the ability that deals with intuition is the closest to instincts. Doing a quick look through of the class's (PF versions as they should have more abilitys/places this could brake them) abilitys I find:

One mental ability should be as good as another for Spell DCs, Bonus spells perday/prepared.
* Bards take a hit to their Bardic performance & Versatile Performance due to lower cha.
* Clerics are better at channnel energy/turn checks.
* Druids become more diplomatic (and better at talking you out of destroying the forest). Wild Empathy is cha dependent, they have nothing Wis dependent.
* Paladin smite, Divine grace, lay of hands, channnel energy/turn checks... Basicly if its not spell casting and needs an ability it uses Cha. Nothing but spells are Wis dependent.
* Sorcerers... become less diplomatic?

Is there any crunch I'm missing? Any other side effects? If this is all it is then I just need to work out how to handle Bards... I could just leave them using charisma as the way they cast spells is differnt, or give them other class abilitys to replace the ones I brake. Ether way Im not going to look into it till I know the switch will work elsewhere.

I thank you in advance for any help you give.

Sorcerers random ghost (3.0):
Background: Sorcerers develop rudimentary powers at puberty. Their first spells are incomplete, spontaneous, uncontrolled, and sometimes dangerous. A household with a budding sorcerer in it may be troubled by strange sounds or lights, creating the impression that the place is haunted. Eventually, the young sorcerer understands the power that he has been wielding unintentionally. From that point on, he can begin practicing and improving his powers.
