Hello,
So I heard about the Sand Shaper PrC. And I enjoy very much playing a sorcerer with an expanded list of spells known. And for a while everything about my character was the way I wanted, until I discovered my favorite feat had been updated for 3.5. The first feat I grabbed was always Spellcasting Prodigy. But as I discovered it only increases the effective score when determining bonus spells.
I'm thinking of making changes to my feats. But I'm not sure what those changes should be. We're using a 32 pointbuy and most of the source material is allowed. Nothing homebrew is allowed though.
My current build:
Neutral Good Feytouched
Sorcerer 5 / Sand Shaper 4
Stats:
Strength - 10
Dexterity - 16
Constitution - 12
Intelligence - 14
Wisdom - 10
Charisma - 20 (18 at lvl 1)
Feats:
Spellcasting Prodigy [Charisma]
Improved Initiative
Skilltrick: Swift Concentration
Touchstone (City of the Dead)
Versatile Spellcaster
Hummingbird Familiar
Spells Known:
1 - Silent Image, Grease, Mage Armor, Cloud of Knives, Shield
2 - Wings of Cover, Melf's Acid Arrow, Rope Trick
3 - Melf's Unicorn Arrow, Fly
4 - Black Tentacles
In addition to the many spells known through Desert Insight.
So again, I am wondering what changes I should make to my feats. I was thinking of Fey Legacy (and if maybe feytouched qualified for that without taking Fey Heritage first). Any other tips and tricks are welcome. But minmaksing is very frowned upon in my group.
Source Material (what I can remember):
Sandstorm, Spellcompendium, Races of the Dragon, PHB, PHBII
