Now, I'm pretty new here, so I haven't the slightest idea how to do the trophy thing. However, I was wondering how low people could get threat ranges.
Remember: things have to explicitly state that they stack to stack, or it has to be strongly implied.
Keen edge says that things which increase threat ranges don't stack, so you have to use the exceptions. Improve critical says nothing stacks with it, so you have to find exceptions
it is recommended that you use disciple of Dispater
some other notes:
stump knives don't stack with other things
bladed gauntlet ISN'T 17-20
Use normal Weapon master (aka the kensai in oriental adventures) instead of psychic weapon master
Rule 1: try to stay within one level, unless your plan hinges on epic level, in which case go ahead, but it's more advisable to stay within 20.
Rule 2: Use every single resource you want, other than homebrew, even Pun-Pun level cheese. I just wanna know how low you can get, but remember, its a challenge, so it's more fun to come up with an original idea.
