Craven vs blade meditation

Incredibly basic question ( I think ) but I have less experience with sneak attack.

Blade meditation (+ 1 damage with discipline weapons) is strictly better than craven (+1 damage to sneak attack)

Not quite. Craven is +1 damage per character level on sneak attacks.

So a Fighter 19/Rogue 1 would have sneak attacks adding 1d6+20 to his damage.

Segev nailed it, Craven is vastly superior to Blade Meditation. BM has harsher prerequisites but a much smaller benefit (3 +1s is not that good).
