I was just looking in MoI and I saw that the example incarnum dragon (an adult) has an LA of +0. It's on pages 174-5. Misprint?

Yeah, it's a misprint. The LA section on page 173 clearly states that Incarnum Dragons have LA: - after Juvenile.
