I would like to know if there is anyway to get infusions on a non-artificer (other then dipping into the class, which I can do if need be). Thank you in advance.

Well, quite a few infusions can already be applied to other characters , like the stat enhancements and metamagic item.

Other than that, you'd have to craft a Schema (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B45nupMN7PeASkg0bGxoQ1V0R28/edit?usp=sharing) of the Infusion, which you could then activate with UMD (DC 20+minimum CL) And since the max spell level of infusions is 6, you could in theory have a Schema of any infusion you want - how convenient that most of them are crap anyway.

There's a prestige class in...Magic of Eberron? That gives you a separate progression: Cyran Avenger, maybe?

Nah, Cyran Avenger is a cha-using gishy class, you are thinkng of Canith Scout from Dragonmarkes it gives up to 4th level infusions in 10 levels.

Most of them might be crap, but Item Alteration (the one that lets you change a bonus type) can be huge, possibly combined with the skill-boosting infusion. Yes, I'll take a +30 competence bonus, and a +30 enhancement bonus, and a +30 insight bonus, and a +30 luck bonus, and a +30 morale bonus, and...
