I've noticed while browsing wands that a few of them are heightened. Are there any restrictions listed anywhere on creating metamagic-enhanced items, besides the obvious maximum spell level caps?
And if a wizard scribes a scroll of a spell with a metamagic feat, can it then be copied into a spellbook as it is scribed (with the metamagic feat applied) as a new spell?
For example, say one wizard scribes a scroll of Fireball with Energy Substitution (Electricity) applied to it. Could another wizard then copy the augmented spell into is spellbook and learn the equivalent of Scintillating Sphere?
