How many posts do I have to make till I can view somebody elses posts?

I'm going to assume you're talking about the 'Find More Posts by [user]' links, which gives a 'you do not have permission' message when clicked. This has nothing to do with the number of posts you have, but rather because that feature uses the sites search function, which is currently disabled. This is the case for everyone, even the mods, and on this forum users are treated equally regardless of post counts. :smallsmile:

Another effect of this, is that you cannot even search for your own posts or threads.
But obviously, you can always use Google (or another search engine) to search this site specifically.
