*Provided the Unseen Curse has sufficient Charisma to have a bonus spell of this level

Proficiencies: Unseen curses gain no additional weapon or armor proficiencies.

Potent Curse (Su): Unseen curses are arcane masters of assassination and misfortune, so they know how to hit where it hurts, wether it be with a knife or with their deadly curse. Whenever an Unseen curse uses their Hexblade's curse on a foe, that foe suffers half the curse's effects on a successful save. This is negated entirely by the Mettle class feature.

Hexblade's Curse (Su): At 1st and 5th level an Unseen Curse gains additional uses of his Hexblade's curse class feature.

Spells: Beginning at 1st level, an Unseen Curse gains the ability to cast a small number of arcane spells, which are drawn from the Unseen Curse Spell list. He may cast any spells he knows without preparing it ahead of time, just as a sorcerer can.
To learn and cast a spell, an Unseen Curse must have a Charisma score equal to at least 10 + the spell level (Cha 11 for 1st level spells, 12 for 2nd, and so forth). The DC for a saving throw against an Unseen Curse's spell is 10 + Spell level + Cha modifier. Like bards and assassins, Unseen Curses can cast thier spells in light armor without arcane spell failure. Thier caster level is equal to thier Unseen Curse level.

Sneak Attack: As rogue class feature in the Players Handbook.

Magical Aptitude or Stealthy: At 3rd level, an Unseen Curse gets a bonus feat of either Magical Aptitude or Stealthy according to what they selected before taking enterance to this class. If they have both feats before third level they gain no benefits of this class feature.

Greater Hexblade's Curse (Su): As described in the Hexblade class entry in Complete Warrior (Pg. 8). If they already have this class feature they instead gain the Dire Hexblade's Curse. If they already have the Dire Hexblade's Curse they gain no additional benefit.

Cursed Blade (Su): Whenever an Unseen Curse uses a sneak attack against a foe he may use his hexblade's curse class feature and the DC is increased by +4. This only works if the sneak attack strikes and causes damage to the foe. Also, if the foe fails his saving throw against the Hexblade's curse he takes full penalties and the wound is treated as though it were made by a weapon with the Cursed Blade spell cast upon it.

Hide in Plain Sight (Su): Just as the assassin class feature, in the Dungeon Master's Guide.

Dark Hexblade's Curse (Su): On a failed save all of the normal penalties for the curse and the Unseen Curse may completely paralyze either his target's arms or legs. If arms are chosen they lose the ability to use move their arms, in other words wielding weapons, wands, staves, rods, casting spells with somatic components, getting spell components, and any other task requiring the use of hands becomes a futile and failed attempt. If legs are chosen the target's speed drops down to 5ft. and they lose their Dex bonus to armor class for the duration of the curse. These effects last for a number of minutes equal to twice the Unseen Blade's Charisma modifier.

Ex-Curses: Any Unseen Curse that gains a good alignment loses all supernatural class feature this class gives and stop the character from advancing further in this class. Should they regain thier nongood alignment they can continue gaining Unseen Curse levels and thier powers will only be restored once they gain thier next Unseen Curse level.

Unseen Curse Spell List:
1st: Alarm, Arcane Mark, Cause Fear, Charm Person, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Disguise Self, Entropic Shield, Expeditious Retreat, Feather Fall, Ghost Sound, Identify, Jump, Magic Weapon, Nystul's Magic Aura, Obscuring Mist, Phantom Threat, Prestigidation, Read Magic, Sleep, Tasha's Hideous Laughter, True Strike.
2nd: Alter Self, Blindness/Deafness, Bull's Strength, Cat's Grace, Eagle's Splendor, Enthrall, False Life, Glitterdust, Illusory Script, Invisibility, Mirror Image, Pass without trace, Protection from Arrows, Pyrotechnics, Resist Energy, See Invisibility, Spider Climb, Suggestion, Touch of Idiocy, Undetectable Alignment.

This is my first attempt at a Hexblade PrC. I have a feeling it's a bit overpowered, particularly in the spell list. So any suggestions would be welcome but keep hostility to a minimum.

It looks pretty good but I think the Dark Hexblade's Curse could actually stand for some more power. Perhaps remove the blindness effect and instead add...

"On a failed save all of the normal penalties for the curse and the Unseen Curse may completely paralyze either his target's arms or legs. These effects last for a number of minutes equal to twice the Unseen Blade's Charisma modifier."

It makes the tenth level of this class a lot more appealing then permanetely blinding someone, which is the equilivant of a 3rd level spell usable as many times as the curse.

That's a much better idea, thank you.

If they use thier hexblade's curse ability as a free action right after they make a sneak attack the hexblade's curse DC increases by 4 and the sneak attack is treated as though it were under the effects of a cursed blade spell, as described in complete warrior.
This uses a hexblade's curse for the day and is only useable if you want to.

Here's another idea that helps this class out alot, so far everywhere I've looked there are no feats like this.

Extra Hexing
You may use your Hexblade's curse more often than usual.
Prerequisite: Hexblade's curse class feature.
Benefit: You gain two more uses of your Hexblade's Curse per day.
Special: This feat can be taken multiple times. It's effects stack.

That's not a bad feat. Compating it to extra rage, you should add Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Its effects stack.

Oh right, of course.
