Question , STormsinger bardic abilties have allot of , outdoor affects, what happens if she attempts to use her bardic abilties, indoors or underground?

Some abilities wouldnt work, like winter ballad. Other would work normally, cos spells description doesnt mentioned that they cant be used indoor.
