If you use Celerity to effectively give yourself two brains are both stunned or can you use the partition in your next round?

I would assume both are stunned, since both minds are "you."

Also, "the second mind takes its first action on your turn in the round after Schism is manifested," so if you cast Celerity early in a round and take your turn (when you are dazed) later that round, Schism won't allow you to take a second action that turn anyway. So even if you got a permissive ruling, that only your primary mind was stunned, you'd need to cast Celerity late in the previous round, after your turn, but before the next round starts.
