DFA Gearing

Welp I decided to do a DFA in the end and now I am curious how to gear one?, you get like 2700 or something at level 2, but I have no idea how to gear a DFA because there is no gear I can think of magically that can do augment a DFA's damage.

I would do warlock as they are easier but a DFA seems to be more interesting to play, so how do I gear one ?. If all else fails ill have to VOP him and that would be bad with all the gold we seem to be getting.

Dragon Spirit Cincture (MIC) is the Big #1 Item for Dragonfire Adepts ... largely because, you're right, there aren't very many items that can augment DFAs' damage.

You won't be able to afford it until about Level 4, though.

You could get a Lesser Energy Weapon Crystal (MIC), or a couple, in the meantime though. They're only 700 gp, and eventually they'll make your Dragon Spirit Cincture more powerful. And in the meantime, at least they're adding +1 damage to your attacks of opportunity?
