Multiple Hands and Larger Weapons

I seem to remember reading somewhere that creatures with additional sets of hands can wield larger weapons than normal [i.e. a 4 handed creature can wield a large greatsword using all of it's hands] at no penalty if they use additional hands.

My google-fu is failing me however and I don't seem to have it bookmarked, can anyone here tell me if this is a actual rule [and point me to the right book]?

Savage Species has rules for getting extra Strength modifier multipliers for wielding with extra hands. I don't know if it has anything about wielding larger size category weapons, tho.
