Bard's are Arcane casters...yet their spell lists are not categorized by school like Sorcerers/Wizards. Meaning using Prestige Classes that buff only certain spell types like Abjurant Champion is difficult without a quick reference of some kind.

So anyone know where I can find a Bard spell list categorized by school?

Look up the spell in the advanced description section of the players handbook. At the to of the spell description it gives the school and subtype of that spell.

Well no I knew that...but having to go through every single possible spell (including variants from other supplements) one at a time checking the school to see if its worth it to take a particular PRSC is horrendously time consuming...

I'm genuinely surprised if there isn't a list like this somewhere...

Me too, but that's the only way that I can think of to solve your little dilemma.

Spellforge (http://www.nzcomputers.net/heroforge/default35.asp) does give you the school each spell belong to in a much quicker way.

I suggest using this (http://www.imarvintpa.com/dndLive/FindSpell.php) tool, which will let you search based on class, level, spell school, and even casting time and duration. It's not a complete list, and the details are a bit sparse if it's not an SRD spell, but you could then look it up on D&DTools or something. A very useful resource, I've found.

Just use D&D Tools. Go to Spells, click on filters. You can figure it out from there

Dragon 342, page 87 has a list of all the PH bard (and DMG assassin) spells broken into the different schools.
