Soundtrack for OOTS

910 is begging, begging for some awesome music. I'm thinking *googles Two steps official channel* Strength of a Thousand Men (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIxas0a-KgM&list=PLEB32169AC91318A2). Or maybe Archangel (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7WFzpWQ6-c&list=PLEB32169AC91318A2). And Tarquin needs his own theme as well.



Any suggestions for them? And any suggestions for music for other characters, or other scenes in the strip?

ETA: Roy's theme, Courage (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NGtL3HUPUo&list=PL7B16C924C1FAD7BD). Elan should probably have something light-hearted and whimsical and silly.

Suggestion: If you link to a youtube video, request pulling from the artist's official channel so it's something they want to put out in the public domain.

I actually always imagined a minimalist approach on OOTS themes. Star Wars does a pretty good job on that. The infamous Imperial March, for example. Also, most of Empire Strikes Back soundtrack.

I also remember a certain thread on the forums where a dude created his own variations of OOTS soundtracks. I really liked his 'Empire of Blood' theme.

It's not an instrumental, but Mosquito Repellent (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZRoER0Ah54) by the Mountain Goats & Kaki King reminds me of Team Evil, just for the line "I hope the bad guys win/I hope the good guys get their skulls bashed in."

Personally, I feel that the Red Wings theme from Final Fantasy IV is the best fit for Tarquin. Militaristic, menacing and fitting to the Empire of Blood.

Roy Greenhilt, I believe that Frog's theme from Chrono Trigger is perfect.
