The goal is to ideally hover around lvl 21 (early epic) artifact power levels, but for a lvl 1 character....

The items are for a Princess who goes out every thousand years and bearing the items of the "Seven Souls, the Five Philosophies, the Three Elements of Opposition, and the Two Well Springs of Hope and Despair with a final resonating "Prime Perfect" effect does single battle with the powers of the Far Realms that wish to invade the material plane.

Yeah, so like mortal kombat.

Either way, each of the five philosophies provides a gift with a single item:

Neutrality - Her (A lvl 1 Human TN Battle Sorceress 11/11/11/11/11/17, longsword martial weapon proficiency, battle caster feat (for medium armor), medium armor proficency)

Law - +5 Mithril Mechanus Gear Armor - Grants the power attack feat, the combat expertise feat, and the improved combat expertise feat. Provides a bonus equal to the wearer's BAB without reducing the wearer's BAB. Wearer may still apply a penalty to their BAB to improve said feats even further. All weapons are treated as two handed weapons. Damage Reduction CharacterLevel +10/Epic

Good - +5 Heavy Wooden Shield - Grants Prescience Sense as Divine Oracle, Spell Resistance equal to character level +15, Uncanny Dodge, and Mettle. Independently memorizes and casts spells as a 20th lvl paladin with the battle blessing feat using the bearer's own Wisdom score.

Chaos +5 Substare Longsword - Every Strike is a Smite as per Smite Evil but against any creature, bypasses any damage resistence, even epic and /-. Independently casts spells as a Bard using the characters own charisma score. May change spells known after wearer gains eight hours of rest. Whoever wields the sword gains the continuous benefit of any single bardic music effect as though sung by a 20th lvl bard with the appropriate ranks in perform. This effect may be changed to a new bardic song as an immediate action.

Evil - +5 Darkwood Heavy Crossbow Fires malevolent divine energy that may not be resisted, each bolt of energy deals additional damage as the bane quality, and the epic feat "Death of Enemies" on a roll of a natural 20. May be fired as many times per round as the characters base attack bonus allows.


The 7 Souls provide her with one item representing each of the six ability scores + Magic. Alone they provide only their static +7 bonuses. Together they provide the secondary bonuses as well.

Helm of Pure Divination +7 Wisdom - Augury once per round as a free action, may reroll a roll as per the luck domain once per day per point of wisdom modifier. Permanent Mindblank.

Eyes of Eternal Knowledge +7 Intelligence - Metafaculty three times per day, gains a bonus in all skill checks equal to character level. Permanent True Seeing, and Deeper Darkvision.

Cloak of Absolute Beauty +7 Charisma - Gains Unearthly Grace, casts charm monster on any creature that comes within sixty feet of the wearer once per round. This effect is not subject to any natural immunity such as that of undead, constructs, vermin and so forth and does not break if the wearer engages in hostile actions and the wearer can project communicate telepathically, even with mindless creatures.

Gauntlets of the Unbreakable +7 Strength - Bonus to Grapple, Trip, Disarm, and Bullrush checks equal to character level.

Girdle of the Uncorruptible +7 Constitution - Deathward, Immunity to Poison and disease, heals 1d6 points of ability damage per round, fast healing equal to character level, restores one lost level per hour.

Boots of the Untread Step +7 Dexterity - Dimension Door as an immediate action at will. May use Timestop once per day as an immediate action, but other creatures are not immune to the wearers spells and attacks during that time.



The Three Gems of the Oppositional Elements:
Ring of Fire and Earth - Provides immunity to acid and fire attacks, allows the wearer to rebuke creatures of the Earth or Fire subtype once per round as a cleric of equal level. May summon one creature with hit die equal to or less than the wielders character level of the Earth or Fire subtype once per day for 24 hours.

Ring of Air and Water - Provides immunity to Electricity and Cold attacks, allows the wearer to rebuke creatures of the Air or Water subtype once per round as a cleric of equal level. May summon one creature with hit die equal to or less than the wielders character level of the Air or Water subtype once per day for 24 hours.

Necklace of Sound and Fury - Provides immunity to force effects, and sonic attacks. Once per round strikes any enemy within thirty feet with a force effect dealing 1d4 force damage per two character levels. May cast Superior Invisibility as the spell three times per day as an immediate action.

The Wellsprings of Hope and Despair:
The Black Onyx Heart of Despair: May cast one spell per spell level from the Death, Destruction, and War Domains once per day. Any spells cast on the bearer of the gem are persisted and their effects stack, even if the bonuses are the same. Gain each domains granted power.

The White Diamond Spirit of Hope: May cast one spell per spell level from the Healing, Protection, and Strength Domains once per day. Any spells cast on the bearer of the gem are persisted and their effects stack, even if the bonuses are the same. Gain each domains granted power.


All of these objects together create a final resonating effect:
The Prime Perfect - May invoke a miracle as the spell once every five rounds, may invoke wish once per day at no xp cost, and the beneficiary of this effect is subject to a contingent True Resurrection spell
