Small races without a strength penalty?

I'm thinking of playing a mounted paladin charger sometime in the future, and I'd like to play something small so that I can ride indoors more easily. A strength penalty isn't the end of the world, but I'd like to avoid one if I can. Are there any small LA+0 races with no strength penalty? Or maybe LA+1 would be okay too.

For +1 LA i think, Poison Dusk Lizardfolk best choice.

Search in your browser for small. It has other options than Bupu- I mean, Gully Dwarf. :)
