Looking for Monk guide

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good guides for modifying the monk class from 3.5. I've been kind of in the mood to do one lately, but I've heard so much bad stuff about them. Thanks in advance.

Use the Pathfinder monk, particularly the wide variety of archetypes, universally including Quingong. I also recommend just giving them a full BAB.
