[3.5 FR] Help with Optimizing a Conjurer/Holy Scourge/Celestial Mystic

I got told off for going Combat Conjurer 3/Master Conjurer 2. So now I had some time to soak my head and decided that a "Goody Two-Shoes" wizard was a clever idea.

Now, I know Holy Scourge is a step down for a Wizard, but hear me out:

I dunno what the level by level combination is, but as a Conjurer 5, I qualify for Holy Scourge and Celestial Mystic (Human), so here's my question:

Going to max on both HS and CM, how can this Exalted Wizard be optimized for mid-to-high optimization levels?

It's a narrow one, but I see Diamond Spray, Hammer of Righteousness, Heavenly Lightning, Rain of Embers in BoED are Evocation school spells normally available only to divine spellcasters. With Alternative Spell Source (Dragon Magazine #325) you could prepare and cast them as arcane spells, thus qualifying it for a few extra points of damage under the Holy Scourge's class features. You'd still have to come up with the divine spell slots, unfortunately. That's all I got.

Aren't those Domain spells for an Exalted domain?
