Dwarven Step Ring

Isn't there a ring called like the tooth of something or other that grants you dwarven step? Anything that gives the same will do other than Weightless.

You're probably thinking of Tooth of Aym, one of the Teeth of Dahlver-Nar from Tome of Magic. It's not a ring, but a slotless item (that replaces one of your teeth).
