Is a stormsinger neutered indoors or in a dungeon?

The stormsinger PRC has some great area of affect that you can use bardic music on , but does it get neutered on the usual dungeon crawl. Being unable to use the songs ?

The Stormsinger's special songs do not have a requirement to be outdoors, and Control Weather is the only effect of them that would not work indoors. So.. no. Stormsingers have no trouble being inside. (And even if the class's special Bardic Music uses *were* restricted somehow.. it's a 10/10 casting progression, use a spell.)
