How do specialist wizards must be of this school's spell slots interact with things like Mage of the Arcane order, alacritous cogitation, and uncanny forethought?

Are they allowed to keep those slots open but only available to spontaneously cast spells from that specific school?

From what I've seen the specialist functions only denote that the spells have to be of the particular school. As such I see no issue in the rules leaving them blank and preparing later in 15 minute chunks. Based upon this the abilities would logically allow for such shenanigans yes. I don't see why you would though. If the point is improved versatility why use limited slots as your open picks?

Working on an e6 build that will only have 4 levels of actual casting wizard3/arcane order 1 most likely. Will likely be going focus specialist conjurer(banning evo, ench, and necro), and with all the spontaneous feats as well as the arcane order special ability I will be able to leave open more than just my non specialized slots  Since I have only 2nd level spells to work with I'm going for maximum versatility at any given moment.

In all actuality its probably going to be incredibly feat intensive and I would probably be better of just going mail man and picking up things to increase my Caster level to the max, I want to make it my personal goal to spell mastery darn near every 2nd level and lower spell for fun  making myself into a master magician no longer needing a spellbook

Per school specialization: "A specialist wizard can prepare one additional spell of her specialty school per spell level each day."
From what I see, this opportunity to prepare one additional spell cannot be transferred to an open spell slot to be used for a spell of another school or for any other purpose other than to prepare a spell of your specialized school.

Focused Specialist has an almost identical wording:
"You lose one spell slot from each level of wizard
spells you can cast."
"You can prepare two additional spells of your specialty
school per spell level each day."
Those are not additional spell slots you gain, you are simply able to prepare and cast that many more spells of your specialized school. Those cannot be left open like normal spell slots, if you forgo preparing those additional spells then you cannot later decide to put another spell there, as it's not a spell slot in the typical sense.
