No, you can't multiply Sneak Attack damage.

In general, extra damage from dice rolls is never multiplied on critical hits, charges, etc, only fixed damage (such as from weapon enchantment, power attack, STR bonus, etc).

Yes. Any static bonus damage (even power attack) is multiplied.
