Hi guys

I currently have a wizard that I'm specialising in Necromancy, specifically the rays and then metamagicing them. I'll also be using bestow curse and the greater version and also finger of deathetc. But the main focus is to be able to split ray / empower a ray of enfeeblement or enervation.

My question is what are the ways to boost spell DC I've got a +4 Int headband, making my int 24 (started with 18,2 levels makes it 20 and then the item.)
I've also got spell focus necro and will be taking greater spell focus at level 12.

What items would be considered useful or even PrC's?

Metamagic reducers stacked on the Empowered/split ray/twinned enervations especially Arcane thesis and pratical/easy metamagic.

+1 for incantrix

You get all sorts of neat toys and free feats. You could put together a whole "negative level mailman" of sorts, but that is significantly inferior to traditional mailmen for several reasons (immunities). Immunities are going to be this character's achillies's heal, so pack some force orbs or something else tht laughs at immunities.

Make yourself a lich :smallsmile: might not be the most OP thing you can do but I think it fits the theme very well. Do still get a +2 int so that ups your saves by 1.

enervations will stack (and are likely your big killer), and split enfeebles can hit multiple targts.

If you can get a Slaymate, you can reduce your meta magic costs further. Undead Leadership feat, or a Undead Cohort (such as from Pale Master), can get one for you.
