Wacoms - does anyone use them ?

Does anybody here use Wacom pen tablets ? http://www.wacom-europe.com/int/products/index.asp?lang=en I'm seriously considering one of their smaller ones for my Christmas money and was wondering if anyone would be able to offer any ideas and advice.

I'm looking to do manga and other kinds of drawing on it. Any kind of thoughts and impressions / alternatives etc would be very welcome.
