Questions about touch spells and reach.

So i am playing a pathfinder witch, and i picked up the prehensile hair hex. I was curious because it is described as a natural attack with reach. can i deliver touch spells with it?

Not that i took the hex, but could i deliver the heal hex with my hair?

It's a natural attack. Therefore, unless it says otherwise, you can deliver touch attacks with it. It has reach; you can deliver touch attacks anywhere it can reach.
