(3.Xe) Req: Expanded ships / expanded rules based off of Stormwrack/A&EG rules?

Hi there, I'm looking for 3rd party or homebrew rules expanding on and improving upon the rules for ships found in Stormwrack and Arms & Equipment Guide. Does anyone know where I could find such a thing, or rules that are relatively compatible with that sort of thing? Which dragon magazines add mundane ships to those found in those books?

Honestly the simplest way to do this is to just treat them like Colossal, mindless constructs, and treat their movement with the same maneuverability restrictions that flying creatures have.
