Is it possible for a PC to make cursed items on purpose? One of the effects of a cursed wand is that it has opposite the intended effect. Such as a wand of healing fireballs. I would assume anyone who expends a "Bestow Curse" spell in the creation would be able to make a cursed version of whatever he is making.

Or would it just be DM discretion?

Also, what would some good cursed use activated items be?

Every cursed item has the Price, spells required and item creation feats listed with them.

that implies you're free to make your own.

I know some people IRL who would very much like to have access to one of those gender-swapping belts.

A Helm of Opposite Alignment could be used on criminals.

Now I want to create helms of opposite alignment and forcibly apply them to any prisoners I take as I adventure.
