I'm hope this is the right place for this...

I need some people who're willing to run or participate in the playtesting of a Legend setting I'm homebrewing. I'm also in need of a way to run a D20 RPG without physically being in the same area as my players. Any advice?

If you want full map capabilities, something like Roll20 (https://app.roll20.net/home) will give you the means through which to have people sitting around a "table", which can be rather important in D20 systems. Alternatively you can simple use something like google doc to manufacture the maps, and couple it with a online chat program like skype, or the various team speak programs.
