High Dexterity Forms for Polymorph?

Are there any extremely high Dex forms to abuse Shadowblade feat with? I am a Swordsage/Battle Sorcerer/Abjurant Champion, who took Polymorph, and took Shadow Blade and Weapon Finesse as feats. I know it's not optimal, but I'm having fun with it.

What I'm wondering is if there are any High Dexterity Forms I can take that would allow me use of the WF/SB feat combo reasonably effectively.

There is the Spriggan and the Gloura (20 and 21 Dex respectively), but any higher (currently CL12) would be brilliant.

Desmodu guard or war bats from MMII page 65 both have 22 dexterity. I don't have perfect brain-knowledge of this stuff, but it's a slight improvement.

Edit: Correction, legendary eagles have 30 dexterity. I dunno if you can use these handless forms, but they're pretty nifty.
