Improved Familiar

I am away from most of my books for the week and was wondering if anyone here could tell me what ability an improved cat familiar grants from Dragon 331.

Unfortunately, no, I don't believe we can. The forum rules like to prevent this kind of specificity; We can tell you where to look yourself, but anything mechanical we are supposed to avoid.

Then where can I look? The scribd preview is incomplete, the direct PDF links I found were broken and I've had no luck searching for it by other terms aside from people suggesting Dragon 331. >.< I should have updated the files on this comp before I left.

Honestly, at the level it's at the cat improved familiar ability is utterly useless.

That's good enough, I was considering making a Tibbit that stays in cat form with an army of cats following him, funny though not necessarily practical. If the Improved Familiar cat isn't worth it I can just grab another cat in its place.
